Biotanica CBD & THC Dispensary

I am new to using CBD products and was very hesitant at first. I asked Nicole, one of the sales leaders at Biotanica in Brainerd, to help walk me through the process. She was very knowledgeable and found a great product for me to meet my needs. Now, I have sent some of my co-workers and colleagues to Nicole to help them as well. I highly recommend everyone go meet her and learn all the benefits of CBD products!

The local store staff as well as the owners are incredibly knowledgeable. Via email with the owners took time to thoroughly explain the products and what helps for what you're seeking relief from. In store staff was also amazing at explaining and answering questions as well as giving their own personal input on what has worked for them. Shipping from the website is so easy and recieved quickly. I'm extremely impressed overall with this store. Very clean and trustworthy.

The staff at this store have been wonderful! I was new to CBD and needed help deciding what I needed and the best method of usage for me. We went over my goals and proceeded from there. I have called upon them several times for help since then, and they are always professional. I like that the products are all independently lab certified for quality and purity.

Stopped in to try a sample and the pain cream took away all of my neck pain in under 5 min!! I asked dozens of questions and she was so informative and helpful with dosage and which products were for what I needed. I asked about it helping my migraine, I was on day 4 and not even prescription shots helped, she let me try 2 gummies and in about a half hour my migraine broke!! Highly highly recommend to everyone!!

Every time I’ve gone to Biotanica the customer service has been perfect. I like that they’ve had small sample sizes to purchase and try before committing to the larger sizes of products. They have also allowed customers to sample CBD oil flavors prior to purchasing. Their product is high quality and their rewards program is awesome.

I have been coming here since the day they opened and absolutely love this place. I have tried several online and physical CBD location just to end up here. I have done the research so you don't have to.

On a side note, if you have purchased CBD in the past and think it didn't help, you need to have a talk with the staff. There are a lot of people out there that are using the CBD wrong then blaming it for no results.

Talk with the staff if you are not getting the results you want. They have vast knowledge on how it works. I spent years looking for a pain solution. I have tried every doctor and narcotic under the sun to no avail. I tried the CBD and it didn't work either. After talking with the staff I realized my issue, started using the proper dose and procedure. After a decade of suffering the pain is finally manageable.

Dont just go to a gas station and buy a pill from the bathroom vending machine then swear off CBD. Talk to these people, figure it out and live pain free.

Absolutely love this store and their amazing products! I started using for anxiety and am finally feeling great after starting their water soluble product! Staff is so kind and compassionate and store is beautiful! Will be back!

Love this store, products and people! Great customer service and knowledge of the products. They take the time to make sure you purchase the right stuff that will work for you. Their shipping is quick and always accurate. Won’t go anywhere else!
