A crazy customer came in threatening to beat up a woman for saying something that had nothing to do with him.
When other customers told him to mind his own business, he started trying to throw hands with some of them.
The staff did absolutely nothing and my wife no longer feels safe shopping here. We'll be shopping somewhere else from now on. This is the second shop we've had to stop going to this year because of violent and rowdy customers that the staff don't take care of themselves.

POSSIBLY THE BEST PRICES IN THE STATE on all vapes/ cigarettes. My family owns a gas station and they even buy their cigarettes here. Friendly staff, helped me find my new favorite vape. Excellent recommendations & knowledgeable- changed my life & quit smoking cigarettes thanks to this place. 💯

I used to go to other locations for my Escobars, but this is closer to home and they have 20+ flavors of those in particular. Unfortunately, I dread going in here because the staff has always been extremely dismissive. (Honestly, its always been the younger guy who doesnt have one ounce of politeness in him) I have 20/20 vision and still cannot possibly read the flavors because they're so distant from the counter. Read them to me or have a list available when I'm squinting and literally say out loud to you that I cannot see. Maybe you're best to not offer these items if your staff thinks it's inconvenient to assist me in choosing how I spend my $27 dollars on one item. I'd like to enjoy the flavor I pick.
Today, after telling him I can't read the flavors, he read about 5, got irritated and literally walked away and ignored me to help customers walking in behind me. Thanks for the help😁
It doesn't matter what you offer as a store if your staff won't assist the customers coming to pay.

This has got to be one of the friendliest smoke shops in the whole Twin Cities area. The staff is always friendly and I have never had a bad experience when shopping there. These guys are my go to shop for cigars!

Opens later than the posted sign and often has a sign that says will return in 10 minutes. When I complained that it must be nice to be the boss and Open late and close the store whenever he wants he got upset and told me if I'm in a hurry I can go elsewhere. Moe said this is America and I can take a break and use the restroom.

The best smoke shop in Robbinsdale and the surrounding area.... When on this side of town,, always stop in and get some incense for the house and garage, ,,and so cigarettes for myself... They also have a wide variety of cigars in there walk in humidor.... Thank you Robbinsdale smoke shop...
