Bought a terp pen from Mr.Nice guys and after a few days it literally fell apart(as well as burned my fingers).
They refuse to do returns or exchange's on a defected product. I reached out to the company who makes them and they said the store should be able to send it back covered under warranty but they choose not too.
Mr.Nice guys will sell you broken product's and then laugh in your face when you realize you have been ripped off and you can't do anything about it.
100% I will shop at discontent over "Mr.Not So Nice guy's"!
Update: Dean ended up switching out for a new one.
