Spent $100 on a this thing rips remix with the ceramic heating cup on Monday. 5 days later the battery has an issue and it no longer works. Their employee Dakota had told me if I had any issues in the first week to bring it in and they would take care of it. Went in tonight and was told there is nothing they can do for me and they don't sell the battery. $100 wasted. Never shopping here again

Huge selection with tons of beautiful unique glas. They aren't cheap but with the price comes a quality you wont get with your cheap mass produced glass. Even if your not buying anything it is still a great experience for a smoker... (huge cbd selection aswell

Amazing CBD selection they have gummies and oil. The staff is extremely helpful an knowledgeable. The store is also super easy to get to the store is right off 23 might have been my easiest Google directions ever. They also have a cool inside with tons of glass cases very updated insides.

I paid over $120 for my order. This Enail they gave me is broken from out the box. The box is in used condition like the Enail has been used prior to me buying it. This is unacceptable and as a customer I feel cheated. They don't let you look at the product before buying it. Then if theres a problem they tell you to email the address on the website but "they're very strict about returns" The workers when I called had no sympathy and laughed it off. I will not be returning to this store unless I receive a full refund or an ACTUALLY NEW Enail.
