Just received my first Twin Cities local delivery (technically "same day," but ordered the night before). Fantastic experience. I really appreciate all the thoughtfully written item and category descriptions to help me make informed choices, the variety of items available, and the local delivery tracking so I can make sure to be ready to receive the order. Online ID verification was clear, quick, and easy. The delivery guy was super quick and friendly. Everything was incredibly smooth end to end.

Very knowledgeable and personable service. Staff is happy to educate you and offer advice(clearly have been trained on everything they offer in depth). They’ve assisted me with my chronic pain.
Also- the cinnamon bun white chocolate bar is to DIE FOR!!!

Products are high quality and the staff is helpful. The website is terrible and after placing an order 5 days ago, I had to call to find out why my order is not here. "Stephen B" does not respond to help emails. I am very much on the fence about any re-orders. Not impressed with price, shipping, and customer service. Back to the online only stores?

Love this company and the products, grate beginner edibles! Subtle effects at 1 edible, Great! If you still want to operate throughout the day. you feel high at 2, great for fun or super relaxing night depending on which edible you take.

Horrible options (lots of pointless 1:1 type stuff) And ridiculously high prices.
Honestly this chain is a joke.
The owner says the prices reflect wages and some comical education they get in boulder (seriously dude?). Apparently nobody passed that course as they still don’t seem to know the counter active correlation (regarding effects) between thc and CBD.
Full panel testing is cheap everywhere , but it’s especially cheap if you do it in Florida or Wisconsin and then ship them illegally into the state like NOTHING BUT HEMP (see NBH product labels showing origin and testing facilities).
And to agree with a prior reviewer, asking for a tip in retail is tacky, optional or not.
Also, berating your customers because they correctly, called out your bad business is tacky.

Nothing But Hemp has great knowledge and is happy to share that knowledge whether you buy from them or not. I use the online store and visit the Forest Lake store. Thanks to them, I have been able to eliminate a high cost prescription anxiety medication with a ton of negative side effects. Everyone will have their own experiences but the 10mg gummies and the 750mg cbd capsules have saved me.
