Had a issue back mid-november of 2015, w the Woodbury location not accepting 2 of the same product, inwhich it was 2 of the wrong coils..
Being the foil wrapper was tore a bit, I wasnt granted the 2nd coil return..afew months ago i received a email, in my reply i stated why i hadnt been back, still errrrrked about the original issue, stated i wouldn't return to either of the locations scattered across the mpls,st.paul metro unless I was given in-store credit or a check in the mail..well, I was in the area of the Woodbury location yesterday, so i said to myself,, SELF, give that location a call to see if maybe, just maybe a credit was added to my mow fossilized account.. surprised when the young kid who answered the phone hen pecked my info into the idiot-box aka computer & BAMM, a credit for $7.00 was there waiting to be spent.. since I needed ejuice, swung in grabbed the LASSO from the 503 brand.. ALL IS GOOD ! ! ! & ILL RETURN AGAIN.. Thank you Jack of the Woodbury location & the dude w the Brit voice as well (didn't catch his name) SMACK HIPPY MARC for me please when you see him (@ the Ne. LOCATION) PEACE...

I have been into vaping for about a year and a half now. Through all of my experimenting and beginner mistakes, I have always been able to come to the Woodbury Smokeless crew for guidance and advice. Their expertise and passion for what they do makes them the absolute destination for all things vape. I have made the mistake of venturing elsewhere from time to time, but never to find an environment or experience to compare to Smokeless Smoking in Woodbury. I even affectionately refer to it as my "second home" because, not only can you go there to pick up some liquid or buy a new mod, but I am here at least 5-6 days out of the week just to stop in and hang out with the crew and the customers. Woodbury Smokeless has paved the way for vaping to be more than just a habit or a hobby--they have made it possible for vaping to be a COMMUNITY. Thank you, Woodbury Smokeless, for being my absolute foundation in the world of vaping.

They didnt have their shelves stocked so i couldnt get one of the things i went there for in the first place. And they had to take the coil from an ecig to sell it to me. Frustrating.

Very friendly and very comfortable. You can quickly shop or if you want you can sit and visit. They have a sitting area with couches and a tv.

Everyone there is so knowledgeable, friendly, and commuted to living a life free of cigarettes, and replacing them with ecigs, with unique and tasty flavors! And they sell craft soda, which is a huge plus.
