Came in and had a few questions and the employee Jacob came and helped me find what i needed. He also showed me other options to help make my decision easier. i love that even though i come in often, they still make sure to check my ID! I always feel safe coming here after watching two of the employees stand up for a girl customer when a male was bothering her and being inappropriate. They handled that really fast!

Just gave moonlight a call and asked for two specific things. Bondage and their vibrator selection’s. The lady who answered my call wouldn’t give me any details for what I was looking for and said “I don’t know we have a lot of stuff, you will just have to come in and look.” If a potential customer is calling to ask for specified items take the time to inform us on your products because you’re wasting our time. edit: got a reply and AGAIN got accused of having a fake ID. learn to tell a fake from a real one. i literally ID people daily for my job, its not that hard. if you're feeling worried, scan it. it really isn't that hard.

I had an amazing experience with the salesman who helped me. As soon as you walk in the store your are greated white a great hello how are you. They don't make you feel embarrassed to be there. He was very knowledgeable to all the products I had questions about. Not to mention the wide selection. I went there to look for some vibes and he also showed me great things that would interest me. I've been to romantic adventures and in my opinion they don't come close to the experience I had at moonlight.

I went into the store with my purse yesterday early morning about 6am early planning on purchasing a few gifts for a newlywed friend of mine. I was told I couldn't have my purse in the store? Which is weird, I've been into several adult stores & never in my life was told I couldn't have my purse which was fine I put my purse in my trunk & came back inside with my wallet. Wasnt even properly greeted after saying good morning, not even asked what I was looking for or if I was looking for something in particular nothing! Well I still ended up spending 179$ well she is pregnant I didnt find out till this evening & can't use any any of the stuff I purchased I myself kept 1 of the items 3 I'd like to return for a refund none have opened, I have no use for them or do I go into adult stores often.
*UPDATE* after reading the owners response my godmother & myself went in to return items Scott the manager was AMAZING & HILARIOUS!!! He was very helpful & even offered us a sample of a product I'll be coming in to get on payday along with the purple bullet he showed us WE MOST DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK!!! Changed my 1star to 5 great customer service 2nd go round very much appreciated

Clean boutique with a good selection of adult videos & toys, vape and smoke accessories. Why not a 5 then? We'll, Moonlight Adult Video has the best billboards I've ever seen and I wanted to see if they had stickers, shirts, hats and/or posters in the style of them. They sadly did not. I got some business cards with a very clean pulp comic style on them which looked nice but they were nothing like the billboards.
For real, post those suckers so people can see what I mean and then make merchandise. I would happily order a Moonlight shirt AND bumper sticker right now and I'm up in Southern Illinois.
