Sam is the sole reason I come to this store. He has always been so welcoming since the very first day that I started shopping with him. For 2 years now he has been and will be the only tobacco shop in Starkville that will get my business. He makes me feel at home and always answers my questions and if he doesn’t have something that day whether he stocks it or not I know it’ll be there the next time I stop by. I have to give 10 stars to Sam and this business!! I drove 2 and half hours to visit as per other reviews.. I have found Kratom to work for me for several health issues I have currently and the learning process to find the right product is not easy since there are so many different types. He was friendly and so very helpful.. gave perfect suggestions and stands behind the quality of his product. He will continue to get my business!! Not only was he spot on, the prices were the best I’ve seen! Thank you !!!

Sold me a broken e-cig for $20 and when i came right back they wouldnt give me my money back or even let me exchange it for a working one. I had the receipt and everything. Super shady place. Dont give those idiots your money. They should make it a law to be able to return broken stuff if they sell it broken. They stole $20 from me.
