This place is the jackpot. They have the best prices on everything. Very nice people. Chill vibe. I came in a while ago and had an issue with my pen coil burning out after maybe 2 months. The guy just swapped it for me no questions asked. It was just one of the cheaper pens. But I appreciated the gesture very much. If you need a water pipe...you need to see this place !

I love the prices and selections and maybe this is my fault but I tell them not to give me menthol and two times in a row I get home and open the bottle and its menthol...... I wish the people there working would check and be more aware. Both times iv said clearly NO menthol yet it feels like they think everyone chooses menthol.

Been going for years and it’s nothing crazy, your average smoke shop to be honest, not the best customer service, but the last 3 weeks Michele has been the one to help me and it’s turned everything around.
It’s not just your average smoke shop anymore, full of grumpy unambitious employees who’d rather be somewhere else, because she brings a real life to the place and you can seriously tell she takes pride in her work and doesn’t cut corners, which really goes a long way when you’re dropping $100’s on smoke stuff.
I was about to switch to the vape shop next to my work but having Michele there changes everything!!!!!

The store has lots of vape options but they have an employee that needs to go or change his attitude. The guy is short and rude every time I’ve been in there. He doesn’t seem to know about the different liquids and what vape they are for, he doesn’t like helping you or questions, he isn’t personable, and he doesn’t make you want to buy anything.
I’d definitely consider having a talk with this guy.
