Obviously the store is first class, besides the inventory and it's variety, the customer service is top notch. I've read alot of these reviews and just to show some love to what only appears to be over sight, CHOWDER,gets high fives and very happy to hear from the rest of the house. All seemed well versed, and most importantly, knowledged on the products. I'm so happy to see a business flourish, of this kind, in West Co. Maybe I'm biased but I could be crazy...NAH...THEY GOT THIS AND DOING IT BETTER THAN THE REST. Welcome to the neighborHOOD. Went for a βbeginnerβ vape mod, after 30 yrs of smoking cigs. Treated me well, and the kid working there knew his stuff (Morgan). Wasnβt pushy or trying to up-sell. Set me up with what I was looking for. Not a typical strip mall shop. They have anything you need, for any type of smoking. Floor inventory is impressive. Will def be back there!!

This place is by far one of the best places to get your glass. Youβll always have assurance ready for you when you walk in the door & get a good vibe instantly. Previn is one of the most outstanding workers in the building. You know when heβs there, itβs gonna be a good day.

This place is a joke, I had a guy "help" me find a downstem he explained it was the correct size and offered to take it up front while I shopped once I paid he had wraps it in newspaper and I thought all was well until I got into my car and looked at it it was way to big to fit a slide. I walked back inside and was told I couldn't bring the stem back into the store rudely and all sales are final which is fine. The staff (or the hipster kid with the shaved side hair) needs to make sure there showing the customers the right items and are educated on the sizing of the slide/attachments I'm out 20$ with no stem very disappointing.. Ive been going here for a while now since it opened, but i will not be coming back everything is overpriced they want 150 for a Ti domeless nail I found the exact same one online for 25$ Stupid. Maybe I should of known the size to begin with but thats why I went to a store for customer service! Very disappointing!
