It's a shame I come here all the time in purchase things all the time I brought my cartridge inside to make sure it would fit the pen properly that I was buying The guy told me it was universal I went outside to my car It doesn't work for my cartridge So I went inside Thinking I could exchange it for another one due to the fact that I was outside for 2 seconds and it didn't work but the answer was no they don't do exchanges or returns if I would have know not I would have not purchased there and went back to the same store that I purchase from originally I will not be referring anybody to this place anymore and will be telling them to stay away I don't need my friends getting scammed or people trying to up sell more products because they want a bigger sale
