Poor Customer Service No Returns/Refunds

Clerk behind the counter burnt up a coil that I was buying I went out to my car installed the coil went back in and was told that I just spent $16 on something that will no longer work and because I left the store I'm screwed no returns no refunds I literally walked back in less than a minute after leaving the store and they still were unwilling to help at all will never ever ever go back and will tell all my friends to steer clear
