I worked with Aaron when I came into this shop, and was very impressed with his level of patience and product knowledge. I'll definitely ask for him the next time I visit! Dino and Gary took care of me the next time I stopped by and were also very helpful. The store is gorgeous, well-organized and the staff has been amazing. Don't be intimidated if you're unfamiliar with these products, as I'm a newbie and have been thoroughly educated by the team, mainly Aaron. Very happy customer here, thanks guys!

My experience was very exceptional and I am overall happy with the service I received. I was greeted by Miles upon my arrival. I explained I unsure what batteries I needed for by pen. He then explained my options and handled my concerns with ease. I will definitely be returning.

Personally, Gary ruined this store.
Ever since the female manger left, it’s been terrible. I don’t see the employees happy like they use to be.
The turnover rate at this location is bs. Can’t seem to keep any workers. Once again, the mangers fault.
My favorite worker there, gone. I had to find where she works currently. You can’t make someone quit and expect THEIR customers not to follow.

I don't know but yesterday I had the most not to good of experience in this place . My wife and I we visit to this store .the mgr naime Gary it wait one andi I purchased a item .I pay for the item and never got my marchandise .when back to the store I toll Gary about the situation and replay to me that I walk out with the marchandise and I said to him no I did not . So I ask him to look up the type of the cameras to check the results .replay to me that they they we'll .????? What happen in here ahh? Where it's the results of this situation . I would like the the owner of this place look in to because I want sr answer I feel like I was robbed 🤣🤣

The professionalism and courteousness was top tier. Truly. The were polite by chat, by phone, and in person. I don’t remember the young lady and young man’s name, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me curb side.
