Stan was awesome. He helped me find what I didn’t know I needed. Him and Priska were super knowledgeable of their products and what would work best for me. The store was clean and they had the best attitudes! I’ll definitely be back!

The store manager India is amazing!!!! She was very patient, caring, and so friendly. She helped me compare prices with other stores, so she wasn’t just after a sale. I have been having lower back pain for the past three weeks and I’ve been to a couple different doctors. They prescribed muscle relaxers that only worked for a little while. The cream I bought here has been the only thing that has provided me pain relief in the past 3 weeks. I would highly recommend going to this place for pain relief products, they really work!

This store has a policy of no returns or exchanges on purchases. This is because they knowingly purchase defective products, display & sell them to the public. I recently purchased an incense holder @ $20, however, when I got home to use it, one of the hinges was broken, the hole to hold the incense was so close to the bottom of the holder that it actually laid in the groove where the ashes were to fall. I took it back to the store & was lied to by 2 of the associates about the manager being on her way to work. Which I didn’t have time to wait due to being on my way to work. However I did stop in when I got off work. I spoke to an associate who had been in the store earlier when I was there who was also well aware of my issue but had nothing to say when she heard the other to lying to my face. In fact the manager had quit 2 days prior to today & the associate that sold the holder to me was one of the associates that was in on the lie about the status of management. I was told that he quit shortly after I left the store. I asked her if she could call someone who could assist me, she attempted to call the area manager without success. I have sent numerous customers to this establishment, as of today I will no longer recommend this business to anyone. They do not stand behind their products & are only concerned about making money, not the loyalty of repeat customers & referrals from repeat customers. We don’t need this business in our community with ethics such as this. I encourage anyone whom I’ve referred to this business not to patronize them any longer.

My grandmother has suffered with chronic pain for decades. A friend decided to buy her some CBD infused body balm and It worked well for he. She then decided she wanted to try more products. We tried out this location and I’m so glad we did! Sky greeted us immediately and was willing to help with whatever we needed. She asked some general questions about pain location and the type of pain. Within minutes Sky had a few products for us to choose from. There was no pressure to buy anything which was great, and her knowledge of the products was exceptional! She gave her honest opinion which was appreciated and it really helped us make an informed decision. The staff even went a step further and offered my grandmother a chair when it was hard for her to stand. I look forward to shopping at this location again. The staff is friendly and educational about the products and the benefits.
