First off I would like to say reiley had great customer service and turned a pretty irritated customer into a calm one. OK now for my story....I come in specifically for the grab bags, I love them and usually never have a problem. The past few (maybe2) times I have gotten them I have noticed the value of the bags drasticly dropping. Yesterday I bought a 50$ gb and the large item in it was a box containing two tea lights and what looked to be a dollar store quality ceramic holder, with a 30$ price tag slapped on the side. I proceeded to call the store and spoke to a gentleman who I believe to be a manager, explained the situation and recived store credit. At the end of the day my business was saved by Riley, he seemed like he genuinely wanted to help, and was very knowledgeable.
