My experience at Mr. Nice Guy was amazing. India was awesome, she was very knowledgeable about every product that my mom & I asked about. She was super sweet & made sure we left with everything we needed. The rest of the staff were great too. I’ll definitely be back to buy some more stuff for my hookah & try some new stuff. (:

I’ve been shopping here for some time. Although I’ve never had the level of service, and expertise that Hakeem provided. I came in look for just one thing. But he was able to provide me with other items, that I never would have looked twice at. He broke everything down in a way that shows his product knowledge. Yet he doesn’t overwhelm your average shopper like myself. It was really pleasant experience and I will definitely be back for his world class customer service alone.
