I had an amazing experience here at the Florissant location extremely clean, well managed, and awesome sales associate! The sales associate that helped me his name was Cione he was extremely knowledgeable and kind he helped me get everything I needed and even help me get points added to my rewards for my purchase! Cione was an excellent sales rep and deserves a raise!! Will definitely be coming back too give them more of my business!

I purchased a product that did not work at all. The first time I used it it malfunctioned. I return to the store with the receipt in the bag and the clerk was very rude and condescending. Despite having a loyalty points program this store employees do not care about customer satisfaction. And they’re perfectly OK with selling you a broken product.
