TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES! i really hate to leave a Negative review but we've been in this shop over 10 times just in the last couple of weeks and the employees never know the prices of things or what they even are! they will sell you the wrong thing just to push a sale! the manager is rude and makes you feel like shes doing a favor for correcting her EMPLOYEES mistakes and PLEASE check what you are buying a lot of times they don't even know what they are selling or if its even safe to consume. Joplin shops continue to prove that you are better paying a corporation to have stuff shipped to ur door than do business with them

Placed my order on 3/3/21 than I get a phone call on 3/4/21 from a worker named leslie about my address she had put my address down wrong the Post office said it didn't recognize the address, so no big deal I wasnt upset until I tried calling them today 3/8/21 to get my tracking number I was placed on hold for 20mins the man said he had a customer in the store so I was ok with waiting till I heard other ppl come into the store he should have gotten back on the phone with me but he continued to help them and when he got back on the phone with me it had been 20mins and he than tells me I will have to call back tomorrow to speak to candy who handles the tracking information super upset with the Kratom. Store bad customer service

If I could leave 0 stars that would be even better. The staff that works here is beyond rude, including management. They have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I was not impressed at all. I definitely will take my money elsewhere.

Candy took great care of me the first time I limped in to ask about CBD. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease right away. The CBD oil she suggested has worked wonders! My arthritis pain is a fraction of what it was 2 months ago and I'm able to sleep through the night. I feel better than I have in ages. If you're suffering with arthritis pain, take the time to stop in and ask about the CBD oil and other CBD products.
