I went in Saturday desperately in need of a new coil. It was my first time in the store. David's service was excellent! Also, he is very knowledgeable on which E-liquids should and should not be used, which is so important to me.

Visited for the first time on Friday, December 28th and worked with Christian (hope I'm spelling his name correctly). What an awesome young man. I had so many questions about Kratom and what product to use for each issue I'm having. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes people make you feel ignorant when you ask so many questions but not Christian. He was patient and gave me some great advice and encouragement. I will come back later with a review of the Kratom I purchased. I can say right now that the price was more than reasonable. The greatest asset to any business is the customer service the employees provide. KC SmokZ knocks it out of the park. I will be a return customer ... no doubt about it!! Thanks again, Christian!!

The people that work at KC SmokZ are not only exceptionally knowledgeable on every single product they sell, but they provide customer service above and beyond any other head shop in the Kansas City area. The staff is very personable and are there to consult you and make sure you are buying the right product that’s fits your wants and needs. I won’t go anywhere else for any glass pieces or vapes, as they are cheaper and better quality than their neighbor competitors on broadway.
