So tonight I called 730 pm and I asked the person what time do you close 9 o’clock I pull up out front at 8 02 and all the lights are on and the door is Locked!
Unbelievable I had just called and know one is there! How does this happen such aweful customer service you bold faced lied to me on the phone!!! You wasted my time and I went out of my way to patronize your place of business.
One Star rating is too nice for your terrible terrible store who does not care about customer service! Aweful!!

This was a great spot to drop into, last week I was able to find a water pipe I have never seen before and after leaving it in the freezer I can say I'm extremely impressed with it. By far my favorite piece anymore and after dropping by again I was able to grab the external perk to help keep the main piece clean. 100% would recommend this water pipe. I didn't really look at the vape stuff but half the store is dedicated to it.

Always has a big selection of juice, coils, and kratom. They have merch you can buy as well. They always have what I need.

Not happy with their selection. They promise quality and won't follow up on any failure of the items (three different times) that they've been on fire to sell. No different than your typical used car salesman.

I bought a 3 pack of Novo2 pods 2 weeks ago one of my pods the coil burnt up in a day the other pod leaked and I was only able to use one of my pods out of that pack. I am not pleased!

Went in asked for a blueberry razz type flavor, was recommended a raspberry lemon Vape, guy said its exactly like a blue jolly rancher. It tastes like a lemon pie, not even sort of close to a blue razz flavor. Was expensive as well. I was traveling so I won't return either way, but the flavor recommendation was so off I couldn't recommend anyone goes there. On the plus side I got a nice watermelon Vape, but then I got back to my hotel and looked it up and found the exact same thing online for 10 bucks cheaper per bottle and free shipping. I'd look elsewhere unless you were desperate like I was.

I have been vaping 4 years. I have a lot of knowledge of the product and the mods. Every single vapor world I've been to has treated me consistently bad. Kearney, Glenstone, Campbell, Republic, and republic road. All trash. When you walk in every employee in every store acts like you're a burden. Buy and get out of our store. The staff have zero knowledge of the products they sell, but will gladly sell you a new mod if yours breaks. Thanks but no thanks. It's so sad because they used to be so great a few years ago. But luckily there's like a hundred vape stores in the area so take your pick, just avoid Vapor World at all costs, readers.

I went in to the store on republic rd today to buy a new vape and when I walked in I told the guy I was wanting to get a new one and he was no help at all, I asked for recommendations and he said just whatever you like, he never even got out of the chair he was sitting in, I tried asking a couple of questions and he wouldn’t even answer me he just shook his head, obviously I left because I wasn’t going to give that guy my business, I did go to the vapor world on south Campbell and the guys there were very helpful and great! I ended up buying a new vape and a bottle of juice from them.

Best Vapor World in town. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and he was actually wearing a MASK! Shows that he respects the health and well-being of customers.

Horrible Customer Service.
Just wanted to Stand and Talk with other Employee while I a potential customer is asking questions in Regards to some products that I was interested in buying .
