Answered my countless questions with a smile and good humor and also with really important consumer information.

The staff was so pleasant, they were helpful, and they were honest.
Kate, Justin, and Sky all should get a raise in my opinion.
They even took care of my dogs with CBD pet treats which by the way- worked so nicely.
I have been a smoker for over 12 years and it was one of the best overall experiences I have ever had in a head shop.
If I’m being honest though, I really believe management should consider lowering some prices.
Your store was nice, it was fully stocked, it was aesthetically pleasing, it was clean, but the prices were a huge bummer.
For Delta 8, prices usually range between $20-$60. Obviously quality will be a factor in the price, but if you want to stay in front of competitors, I would seriously consider this.
You can get Delta 10 Full Spectrum for $45-60 and this wasn’t even stocked in the store.
Crazy some of the prices I saw.
But, to each their own.
I rate my experience a 5 today because of your staff today.
If they weren’t as pleasant, I’d probably give you a 4.

Just went in tonight and didn't know much about what I was doing. Haley, Kate and Erica were fantastic and very knowledgeable. They were patient as I asked questions and gave me a lot of great information about products and use. It seems that they really enjoy their job and helping customers. 10/10 will come back!

I shopped at the St. Charles, MO location and my experience was amazing. Sky, Erica and Hannah were the associates that were at the store yesterday, however, Sky was the one that assisted me in my sale. She is so knowledgeable about the products and was able to recommend a couple products that turned out to be a good fit for me and addressed my symptoms. Sky was upbeat, friendly, and a true pleasure to work with. I look forward to working more with Sky and learning more about your products. Its because of Sky that I will be a repeat customer.
