What an awesome and experienced staff you have.
Came in around 1830 tonight after finding the store was close to where I am staying.
My friend and I entered to find a well stocked, clean and friendly attitude. We were greeted, even though the store had many customers browsing or being helped:
Rich - took the time to listen to my questions, comment and concerns.
Brendan - took time to educate as well as provide each customer with what they needed.
Gene - cool calm and collective even when the line was 6-8 couples deep. Really think there was more..
To the owner/manager/head guru. Your staff is awesome. It is rare to find such excellent customer service.
People say you are expensive, but I think your quality of product and people are well worth the price.
Next business trip... You are my first stop.

I went into the store with very little knowledge regarding available products and what might help me. Erica, Kyle, and Haley spent the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. I feel very comfortable with products that were offered and I’ll be returning soon.

This location is having serious issues with transparency and honesty. My last 2 purchases were significantly short with the products, and because “all sales are final,” they won’t do anything about it - very clever business model. Not only this, but I suspect that they are mixing/substituting products (due to supply chain issues?). The consistency, color, potency are all WAY off. I am extremely disappointed with this store, seeing as the staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Management makes them look bad for not being able to help and for making them peddle bogus products.

Paige is awesome. Not just because we share the same name but because I came in there with my legally blind husband, who didn't know what he wanted but she was very patient and guided him through, answering all his questions. We left with several item he is extremely happy with. Thanks Paige. Great job. Also a shout out to her coworkers that day. They were awesome and extremely helpful. If you r looking to go somewhere and don't know what u are looking for, they will set u up.

Chelsea was so sweet! She makes you feel like your at home.
Keith was also super awsome! He helped me shop around for the perfect mixtures for my issues. He helped me understand differnces between cbd, cbc, and cbn.

Kyle W was very inviting and welcoming! He made us feel comfortable being our first time inside. They gave us all kinds of information on their products and they had great prices! Highly recommend!

Sky was amazing! The store was out of one of the strains I use for kratom. She made an excellent suggestion! I will def get more!! I come in from time to time and yall are amazing and knowledgeable. Justin and Erica are familiar faces and they are always super helpful. I believe Justin was the one who helped me find my go to kratom strains. I will definitely be back!

I have a seahorse dabber and the tip broke where it heats up, Shy helped me find the piece I needed, its suppose to be for an electro dabber but it fit perfectly and ended up working on my seahorse! The staff was super helpful and friendly and I ended up getting a great deal on some really nice stuff! 10/10 would recommend.

I've had one of my best experiences at this CBD Kratom store due to your associate, Sky. From past experiences at some locations, many employees didn't have a great deal of knowledge of the products your company sells. She is admirable in her understanding of each product and her enthusiasm, which would make a great Marketing Manager for the CBD Kratom store locations in St. Louis.
