I made my first purchase with Kratom around October. My anxiety became too unbearable and I needed something to help and I didn’t want to take the medication route. Someone recommended me take CBD, which I was kind of hesitant on but decided to give it a shot. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Caleb who walked me through the basics of everything because I had no clue what I was looking at. He talked me through which products would help me the most, long term vs short term relief, all the way down to what pen color he thought was cool. Caleb was incredible genuine and so much fun to work with while figuring out what I wanted to start off with. I’ve been in a few times since and I always make an effort to have him help me. I recommended this location to everyone now who asks me about CBD, i definitely walked out of there with a good understanding and basic knowledge. Highly recommend

Katie helped me out when i wanted to quit smoking cigarettes and switch to cbd. I bought a few pre rolls from her and some flower she seemed pretty knowledgeable about all the different types of turpines and gave me some idea of what would be a good place to start. Great service I'll be back for sure.

This place has way overpriced kratom. 300 to 400 for a kilo. I get mine kilos for 100 and it's way better quality. These people will rip you off. People find you an online vendor that test their kratom, like my vendor does.

Good if you're in a pinch waiting for a kratom order from your online source. Seriously, the prices for their standard kratom is what you would expect to pay for 20x powder extract elsewhere. The quality and strength are fair to middling. You know something is wrong when the marked up alcohol-extracts are more bang for your buck than the powder itself. The staff are all pretty accommodating and fast. Premises is clean and while the large clear vats of kratom along the wall may make for an interesting display, one can't help but have concern for the implications on freshness due to light exposure. Even worse; the large size of the containers means that every time they're opened to dispense more kratom, a large amount of new air is introduced that further oxidizes the alkaloids out of the powder. Since they're using large glass jars, there is no way of removing the excess air before resealing it. Even using all the rewards programs, sales and bulk discounts, this place is about 4x what you'd find standard online at Kat's or a similar store. If the pricing were more reasonable I'd go as high as four stars. The freshness/quality is where they lost the fifth star for me. Worst of all, their website offers none of the standard third party laboratory test results offered by major online suppliers. I've been in the kratom game for a hot minute now and I've never seen a supplier grandstand about their amazing quality without giving their customers any metrics to go off of. Question their quality and they respond with snark and condescension. Those aren't the tactics of a benevolent vendor.
