Went there about a week ago to buy a slim pen. They had a three for two sale going in so I made the purchase. Took the owns home and one of them didn't work.took it back a week later still in the package and they would not give me another one in exchange. The excuse was I don't have one in that color and they couldn't give me another color. The second reason was I wasn't a member of there rewards program and third reason was a manager at another they called told them not to. The pen is a very cheap item, but not helping me out was the thing that made me write this review. I an retired and can afford what I want. But I will never recommend they or spend my money with them again. Poor customer service. I havnent mention names because I believe the people helping me wanted to help but the management wouldn't let them

I love Mr. Nice Guy, even though I always spend more than I intended. The staff really go out of their way to keep you informed. Sean is always super nice to me every visit. Also Erica took her time and helped me out with my tedious questions. I didn't feel pressured, rushed, or swindled out of my money. I'm also addicted to their grab boxes!
