Gene assisted me with everything I needed. He was very knowledgeable on all products & explained everything to me. He helped me with Hookah products and provided a lot of helpful info for the CBD products. I will definitely come back to this location and shop especially if everyone is as nice & knowledgeable about the products like Gene. Thanks soooo much. Keep up the great work! :)

This place is a great Shoppe to get what you need. Staff knows each product. Helpful. Not bad on the prices either. I travel a lot. So I have stopped at multiple of their locations in. Other states. And the service and knowledge is the same at each location. I have been to so many of these locations and spent quite a bit of money with these folks and will continue to do so... PS can I get some extra points for being a multiple State shopper?

I was in the store just browsing and looking for info on CBD products after a couple attempts at other establishments. I spoke with Lawrence and he was able to explain the ins and outs of both the smokable cbd flower as well as the tinctures/oils enough for me to be more comfortable making a decision in the future. And even after the education he provided, he went above and beyond expectations with helping me locate my other items I was looking for. One of the best service experiences at Mr. Nice Guy I've had (havent had a bad one yet, for that matter).
Edit: just went back and got an amazing recommendation from Shy and Sean to try the grab box for $50 and it was great! Way more than expected. Appreciate the feedback from Brandon about a unique item that needed more explaining. Another great experience, thank you guys.

First time going in looking at CBD products. I was helped by Kenn. He was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. He also helped me set up my purchase. I did not feel rushed out the store nor did I feel pressured to make a purchase. Great place great worker.

Every time I go to mr nice guy I have a good experience. But I’m leaving a review because I was helped by this guy named Kenn. He was AMAZING!
Soon as I came in he greeted me with eye contact and with the upmost respect. I told him what I needed and he was able to direct me RIGHT to it. Didn’t play games or try to con me into spending more than I wanted.
He explained all the benefits of getting the product I wanted vs the other comparable brands around it to ensure I was getting the bang for my buck.
I’d definitely give him top 5 of my memorable experiences at a store.

The staff are very knowledgeable and they explain the products thoroughly. I would give 5 stars for the staff, but 0 stars for the parking lot. It is absolutely horrible! There are craters as soon as you try to turn in it! I have been a loyal customer since this store opened, but I will find another store to go to until I can drive onto the lot without worrying about ruining my suspension!

Rachel was nothing but kind to me and my husband last night. She was super knowledgeable and kind. She was very patient and made sure we made a good decision when making a purchase. Not to mention the Moroccan nights lotion is the bomb! I highly recommend this store for all of your needs.
