Who works at the st-charles store. Was very nice and very accommodating. Never felt rushed never felt that I couldn't ask to look at anything wasn't profiled or kicked out of the store for saying the word bong. I was felt very welcome. They even gave me this cool popsocket and air freshener and I got the dab tool I needed for a very good price. They even have a reward system. All I got to say if you need anything this is a store to stop in and get it great service, cool vibes and nice people. Along with everything that you need for your vaping and smoking needs. Thank you so much Aliese you made me feel very welcome!!!!

Had a wonderful experience, always do whenever I come in! Everyone who works here is extremely helpful and always very kind. A very calm and relaxed environment. It’s always like buying from a well informed friend. They’re more than happy to help and never leave you feeling intimidated or judged by any lack of knowledge!
Was looking for a CBD cartridge to treat my anxiety and Skylar really helped me out. He went through their selection and worked with me to find the best option for me. Ended up getting Todd Adams 500mg terpene blend in “Social”. His recommendation was spot on and worked perfectly. He also gave me good recommendations for their other products in treating my anxiety. As well as recommending some caramels to help with pain management! I look forward to coming back and exploring their selection more!
I also needed some Kratom to help with pain, sleep, and depression. Sean helped me out immensely in that department! He helped me figure out which strains of Kratom would benefit me most, which ended up being the white strains specifically. He then went through all their options in that category while informing me of what their benefits were. He really worked with me to try and find the strains that would help with everything I needed! Ended up leaving with two packages of capsules and couldn’t be happier!
Highly recommend this place and these sales associates with helping you find exactly what you need! Never been disappointed; always leave completely satisfied with my visit & my purchase!

You all had no idea that you lost your company $600 tonight, but I am sure they would love to be informed as would I as a business owner.... So we walk in here, 3 more people walk in 5 min behind us, 2 of those people checked out and left while we sat and waited for someone to open a case. While my Disabled veteran husband is struggling to stand with his walking stick and not lean on the cases we asked for help and we were informed that apparently they were under staffed. Well 2 people in a head shop is more than enough seeing as only one person handled the foot traffic at the Delmar location for years. AMAZON IS BETTER; Customer service and product price wise.
