Ahhh! I love this place. Every time I go in the staff is always SUPER NICE and SO PATIENT. When I couldn’t decide Kayt (I hope that I spelt your name right!) she is the assistant manager, was the absolute nicest and gave me all the information that I needed and more. She is so friendly and know I will be back!

So I broke my water-pipe and came in to find a replacement, but instead I found bliss! I was assisted mainly by Jenny (and I suck at remembering names, but the the other employee with the long brown hair and red streaks was amazing as well), & she answered all of my questions and remained patient. I had a great experience and came out of there with an amazing set-up. I never bother with reviews but they deserve one. Check them out, even if you're just curious! [Update 3 hours later] The new water pipe broke in my hands from the neck, miduse...and the main attraction that made me feel secure to buy was the glass insurance, which the offer was lost among friendly conversation...so that's a lot of money down the drain for me. Won't blame her, just a tragic turn of events.

I love Mr. Nice guy, their products, customer service and the staff’s knowledge about their products! Kratom is an extremely effective supplement that I use for many purposes. Kayt is an amazing Manager of the store in Saint Charles, she is patient, knowledgeable and down to earth! The people who work there have college degrees and are intelligent people who “tell it like it is,” and I feel this is the reason they have the same customers who patronize their business.
