Everyone is always nice and helpful. I stop in 2 times a week. My only concern is somehow I think lost around 120 points. I had 720 redeemed 500. Was left with 162. Can someone explained please. I love the product and people. Kelly is great. I just don't understand the points. Oh parking in s really bad too. Thanks NCB
