**Update, I went in today and wow they have totally earned my trust back! From the time I walked in they were friendly and helpful.Aaron was super nice and suggested products similar to what I was already using but might be better! Thank you for going above and beyond! **I would normally give this place 5+ stars as every time I go in they are always so helpful and answer any questions I may have, however I stopped in today and if I hadn’t needed what I came in for I may have left and went elsewhere. The gentleman working today seemed more concerned with the phone conversation he was having about changing stores or jobs rather than listening to what I needed or asking if I needed help with anything. I had to repeat things to him multiple times and interrupt his personal phone call to get his attention. Lucky for him I knew just about what I needed so I didn’t need very much assistance but normally when you go in there the associates are so helpful and even if you know exactly what you need they will suggest new products to try. This person did nothing and seemed iterated that I wanted products out of different cases. Not sure that I’ll go back if he is working again.

I was honestly surprised to find out Keith and Chelsea weren’t co-owners of this store. They knew anything about everything. I’ve never experienced customer service this superior. If you need a shop with knowledgeable people that are only going to sell you exactly what you’re looking for this is the spot. Ask for Keith or Chelsea especially and I guarantee you’ll be satisfied. 5 stars easily. Thanks Keith and Chelsea!

Went in for one piece and walked out with 2 and a free herb tray (free 30$ item with purchase of 60 or more.)Staff was well informed on all their products and helpful with explaining their points system to me. I love the new location. Descreet parking so everyone on I-70 doesn't know you're there. El was very helpful and aproached me before I even went looking for an employee. This is my regular store for cannabis accessories.
