Customer service stinks now.
Too much competition out there for this kind of service… I will be shopping elsewhere now. Which makes me sad. I have used this store for a couple years and I miss the old store clerks who cared about answering all my silly questions. It gets a little complicated when you want to learn about some of their products. Which are great products. Just poor people now. They have hired some young kids recently who treat me like I am bothering them. One guy in particular, he was opening boxes and seemed like I was a bother to him. Was not giving me any consideration I was there to buy! No eye contact, no hello, no how can I help you. What happened to this company? maybe they have made enough money and don’t care anymore? I will be looking for another place to buy this stuff.

Naomi blue is so nice and helped me out with all the questions I had! She was extremely knowledgeable not only in the products but everything from CBD to Delta 8! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store if! If I could give more stars than just five I would!

Ana helps me when I come in and already knows that I love the chronic candy lollipops when I walk through the door and greets me with “which lollipops would you like today?”. Ana has the most lovely energy and I always enjoy my experience. Favorite place in the world. Quite literally my happy place. And so close to home, I never have to worry about not having CBD for my anxiety.
Update- there is a new staff in here! They are also really nice and helpful! Hadley helped me the time before last and now has me hooked on the strawberry diesel terpene tincture. It’s the perfect tincture for during the day, or after work! Obsessed! Kalin has also helped me and is super nice and helpful! Always a good experience at this store. Forever a lifesaver.
