Everyone who I have dealt with there (Sunset Hills) have been great sales personnel, especially Shannon and Ashlee. My experience at CBD Kratom was nothing short of amazing. I could not tell if Cliff was an associate or the manager but he was very knowledgeable and attentive on my needs. I’ve been here a couple of times and Anna has been great and VERY knowledgeable. I hope to see her every time I walk in the door. I’ve been sleeping better and my back pain is manageable lately. The only thing I’ve bought that I don’t care for is their candles. They smell wonderful when picking one out, but they don’t have much of a smell when burned. I got the peach one.

Gage, Lauren, Logan, and Austin were super friendly and helpful. They also have a special going on with but two get one free. Super friendly, big selection, and the store was clean and smelled great.

Four months later I have seen many new faces, that which are a 180 experience from those past. Associates such as Haley and Spencer have me coming back for the great sociable attitudes they display. Many of the associates here take the time to be personable and are far from robotic. Incredibly better experience than before and I am glad to be coming in more often.
