Bristan & Aiden hands down if I can give them more than five stars I would. Soon as I walked in they gave me the best S.E.E factors which stands for smile, eye contact and enthusiasm. Which made me want to stay and hang out with them buy everything. Best customer service I had in a long time I will definitely be back. Whatever question you have promised me they know it by heart.

Beware of this store.. my friend purchased a hookah. They sold her a used hookah and it has not worked at all. The hookah was obviously used and had missing and worn parts...we went back to the store for them to correct their error and the customer service was terrible. Her hookah still does not work correctly. The manager Shanon S. had to be pushed to call the GM to at least offer my friend more than free charcoal for their error. She called the GM and they did not want to at least refund her or give a coupon for something else. BEWARE. THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We went in to the store to see if they carried cigars and they did not. So we looked around because we was in there. When I tell you that Ollie and Zeena was the most helpful and sweetest people. We ended up buying a few things and will be back just because of them. Great service thank you.

Decent selection, super informed staff. Zeena was very polite and helpful. Went in for a new piece and while they didn't have the hemp wraps I wanted, I ended up with more goodies than I planned and I am not mad about it
