If you've happened to buy a torch lighter from them (for Dabs, etc.) Just swing back thru n they refill the butane for free. My buddy's torch was giving the employee trouble when he went to refill it...the guy ended up giving my friend a brand new lighter! I was impressed with that kinda service..
