I went to the location on Cherokee St. looking for a list of items. Rudie and Lucas were both incredibly helpful as I looked for the things I needed. I really appreciated Rudie especially, as they gave me great advice about the products I was comparing. Idk if Mr. Nice Guy pays their employees a proper $15/hr, but these folks deserve more than even that for all the products they sell so efficiently, knowledgeably, and pleasantly. Hopefully Mr. Nice Guy recognizes that it's these great workers who keep the store functioning and who are the real reason I would choose this place over, perhaps, any other head shop. Mr. Nice Guy is a Fine Enough Head Shop, Nothing Really Extra Special about it -- it gets the job done. The real appeal is the customer service & the dependability that the basic products you need will probably be there.

Brandon is a hell of a sales man! My husband and I came in just to look around and ended up spending $300 because Brandon is so skilled at what he does. Rudy was very professional and had warm energy when we walked in and Neil was great with assistance as well

Went in to M.NG on Cherokee last night for a late holiday gift for my partner. As I'm not a smoker of any sorts and know very little about any of the pieces and what they do, naturally I had a lot of questions. The person who was working this night was Rudie. They were so incredibly helpful and didn't mind my million questions. I was very indecisive and they were very knowledgeable about all the products and were happy to open the cases for me so I could get a closer look. I got a heck of a deal too because it's buy 2, get 1 free and if you spend a certain amount you get points and free stuff! Thank you Rudie, for being such a help and for being so incredibly friendly and informative. I'm so happy with my purchases and I can't wait for my partner to open and enjoy them. (And thank you Lucas, for going downstairs to get the giant bubble wrap for me!) A++ guest service and of all the head shops, the one with the most variety.
