Business in this store is generally slow, so you don't have to wait in line. The variety of supplies and stock is fair, as well as the prices. The knowledge of products from the staff is a little disappointing for a new comer to the vape world. If you know what you want, you're fine, but if you're looking into new products, such as kratom, D8, and D20, the staff, sadly, is not so knowledgeable.

They have a good staff here who are helpful. The only down side is you have to show your ID every time you walk in. I am way over 21 it's just silly to have to show it every time.

My husband and I drive OTR and he lost his vape we stopped in to buy a new one. Sarah T was awesome she is very knowledgeable and help me get the perfect vape. If anyone is looking for a vape stop by and ask for Sarah she’s the best.

First time in this location . I will not be coming back . I came in for a coil and also brought my mod in . They gave me the wrong coil that won't work for my mod. When I called they pretty much told me nothing can be done . Are you serious so I am supposed to know it was the wrong coil with out opening it and looking at it ??? I assumed you knew what would and wouldn't work since this is your job ! I have been to plenty of places that would fix and address this issue. I will continue to drive for good service and knowledge.

This company is selling customer information. Was traveling across state, and stopped to pick up kratom. They SCAN EVERYONES ID. Even if you look 90 years old, ID is required to even enter, and I understand that. HOWEVER, what i dont understand and/or dont appreciate is receiving countless spam ads, and mail from the information they are selling. This company is going to be in a lot of trouble when someone hacks their system, and does a lot of harm to the people who shop there. Ridiculous, and not worth the risk. Shop your vape and kray kray producta elsewhere. You get a much better deal online anyways...

Bought way more than I wanted, don't believe cost was justified for what I purchased, need cheaper more well designed product. I love the store, employees and product names, just need more competitive pricing.
