I bought a new unit from these guys 6 weeks ago. Today one of my tanks leaked and I thought I was doomed after internet research. Went back to them thinking I needed a new unit. Turns out it was ok. So I bought a new tank that is easier to manage. The fellas were so concerned I was disappointed which is a refreshing customer service attitude. Thanks guys! Mama is happy and you rock!

Very clean store. Staff were very helpful and fast service. Knew what coils I needed right away by looking at my vape. Picked up some Ripe-Fiji Melons at the suggestion of a friend. Great flavor. Will be back for more.

Very knowledgeable staff, I went in to get my modified tank fixed up with new cotton and the staff member was open to chat, he worked professionally and answered any questions I had. It's just a shame that we are unable to vape in the store and I understand why. However if we cant vape in the store, restaurants shouldn't be able to do sample wines, and bars shouldn't be able to do sample beers.

Don't get me wrong I really like this vape shop but what's frustrating is when I get here at 9:05am on a Monday and yet they are suppose to open at 9:00am and I remain sitting here in my car for some time and yet still no one's here and they are still closed. And as I'm waiting in my car more and more people keep coming and going because no one is here at 9:00am to open like it says on the website and the door signs.

Nice, knowledgable staff. Decent selection. I've seen some items a bit cheaper in town at other stores and way cheaper online, but things are always cheaper online. Their homemade juices are mostly quite good and those are priced reasonably. Overall my only complaint is the pricing on non juice pitems like certain mods and tanks is like $10-$20 higher than local shops. But Idefinitely shop here for a affordable juice that has decent flavor.

The female who helped me the other day was very helpful. I'm new to this vapor thing and was very interested in CBD. She explained to me the different varieties along with all the mods. I didn't feel like just another quick customer and thanks to her I will be back.

Really good assortment of 0% nicotine up to 36%...and they have pipes, bongs and other paraphernalia...Got 4 stars because nobody is a perfect establishment...maybe providing more flavors would help.
