Super disappointing to be honest. Especially after visiting Elevated in other towns. The customer service is awesome with with a couple of the budtenders but the others seem to be completely opposite. I'm not one to say how much money you spend should matter but this is one of those cases ... like in the casino world as an attendant our players have tiers and people who spend the a lot of money in our establishment are treated well an we make sure they feel the love. We understand how they make our business thrive ..
Not sure how true it is.. However, I've been told there is no competition in Great Falls and that the Great Falls location makes money regardless of the quality of product so they send the "not so great" to Great falls.....if I'm looking for better to go to Helena.. Seems to be true as I keep attempting to pick out different strains an I'm still stuck with mediocre!

I cant remember names, but 2 blue haired people and a blonde haired person were super helpful and very nice. They were super slammed but keeping it upbeat and happy. You can tell it's been a long 4 or 5 days, but they were rocking tonight. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful service.

It's the fast food of pot shops!! The flower is decent, cartridge selection and flavors are very good the customer service varies. All the flower is pre packaged so no deli style you just have to trust the label. 😕
