The fruit factory has great customer service! I had just received my medical card and later that night I went in to this location in Columbia Falls. Dona was working and explained everything and what I needed to know. She was really friendly and super willing to help me out. A great first experience!

Well they had alot of strains of flower but not alot of other stuff. Prices were good but quality was par at best. I got 2 joints for $18 I liked them. I got a gram of keif for $15 I did not like it ☹️ Darlin got an 8th for 35ish she said its ok. We were put off that the bud tender was unsure of the origin of some of the products. I mean $15 is kinda cheap for a gram of keif but not if you don't want to smoke it 🤷

I hardly ever write bad reviews but....Went to try them out In C-falls after un-tethering waiting for 25 min for a single patient with two employees both helping her one came to help me after the patient said to help me while she looked around. She got me signed up and then proceeded back to the other customer to make me wait another 20 min while the same customer lollygagged around. I just left. If you cant help 2 patients in a 45 min window with 2 employees something is wrong no matter how difficult the process may be. Went to another dispensary and had to wait for 3 patients for about 15 min total and they only had a single employee not two of them. I will never shop here again due to the disregard for just not having good customer service.

Quality and great service. I have looked for alot of places to get my medication. Travis sold me a nice BMW and then had me go down here. Best choice I have made. The girls here are always upbeat and fun to talk with. I would give 10 Stars if I could!

The Bud tenders at fruit factory are extremely knowledgeable About all of their product.They put their customers needs 1st 100% of the time! They're always happy to help with a suggestion or a remedy for inflammation/pain issues. The factory is my favorite dispensary, the edibles are incredibly well made and strong, very well priced selection, cant go wrong with anything you buy here, but the peanut butter cups are BOMB!!!
