I've placed two online orders with this place thus far, and have been beyond satisfied with the overall experience. I feel they have fair prices and a decent selection. Their website is great- easy to navigate, simple enough to understand, and provides sufficient details on each item. They are extremely prompt in sending text notifications regarding your order status, and also prompt in having it ready for pick up. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. And I think above all, I really appreciate their packaging on their products because it provides all the info on the product and is stylishly designed. They also do NOT charge extra fees if you don't come in with your own exit bag. Highly recommend this dispensary!

The products and employees are amazing, but the owner is a complete piece of garbage. He fires people without any warning or without checking facts, and positively rewards his managers for punishing people. He uses fear to keep people in line, and constantly uses the threat of losing the job to get his way. He doesn’t care about his employees in the slightest, and only cares whether he’s making his buck or not.
Again, they have great products, but I’d rather not support the pile-of-bottom-shelf-ditch-weed-shake that owns the place.

I went in there and I swear this girl looked like a younger, hotter version of Demi Moore. I was so flustered just trying to pay her I almost paid her double. She should be on Yellowstone not slangin nugs, but that's my opinion. The store itself is great, they have some of the cheapest carts around, and they're good. Good edibles. Hard to beat.

I guess I not only got the wrong product (my fault) but just a heads up to the packaging of your CBD Oil … the screw tops are completely useless! Everyone tried to get them on straight but they just kept “jumping” off the thread, causing the cap to tweak on an angle that didn’t hold a seal. Needless to say, much of the ingredients spilled out every time it got tipped.
* Was not aware that stevia was added, either. Gave a major headache! No flavors required!
I should have checked.

The staff at this shop is by far the most knowledgeable, kind, warm soul people i could ever hope for. I had a hicup with my online order and I am so thankful I did because I would have gotten all the wrong product but the amazing staff made me feel comfortable and got me everything I needed. Bloom Montana in Lolo is my favorite dispensary! The budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. Heidi and Matt are outstanding managers and have made sure I've been satisfied with their products. They have a great variety of flavors in flower, dab, oil, concentrate, and edibles!
