Staff are incompetent. Have been sold 2 boxes of coils that do not work with my device, which i purchased from them. Same juices are marked up 15-30% over other brick and mortar retailers. Has a "get in, spend money, get bent" approach to problems. I have been in three times to fix the issues and have gotten nowhere. Disappointed, 0/5
