Most knowledgeable staff in town when incomes to their products. Personally, I feel they have the best prices on what I buy, but that's just me.
The whole staff is also super friendly.

Botanical Dreams in North Platte Nebraska is one of the best vape stores around! I’ve bought many vapes online and in surrounding stores this is by far the best store! The employees are always so nice and willing to answer any question you have! We live an hour and a half away and we will only come to this store! My wife and I always feel so welcome as soon as we walk in the store! They are always getting new products in and have great deals! Amazing business!

I have been a frequent customer at this lovely establishment and have been treated with respect and kindness every time I have been. I also wanted to comment on the response and help I have had not only through getting products but from education on products. There is so much of a selection to choose from between CBD products to Nicotine and I could not ever go to another place other than here. They will hand your information out like candy go to another avenue or Tobacco Road instead if you want your information kept private…. And EVEN BETTER CUSTOMER SERICIVE!

Loved this place till I ordered 2 boxes of urb delta 8 Candy Bars. I have the receipt that shows $11.95 is what I paid for all 4 that I bought. All employees even the owner lied to me about shipment and when the candy bars came in they increased the price to $20 a candy bar from $11.95. Also check any cartridges you buy the employees smoke off them they open the cookies ones through the bottom. The owners son let me hitb5-6 different cartridges. Lucky I have my covid shots be safe and open what you buy in the store all carts should be 1g and full with a tiny bubble the managers excuse was they don't fill them with the bubble anymore I had her pull out all 3 they were all at different levels.i had her open the slurricaine and it was plum full with a little bubble I refuse to go there anymore . Go to Colorado it's only an HR away

Staff is very knowledgeable of products. The line of CBD for dogs has helped my 10 year old dog with his hip and knee arthritis.
