Best shop in the area. Always has the best selection of hardware, coils, liquid and best of all the customer service is top notch. In a world where service continues to get worse everywhere you go its so nice to stop in here and know that you have people like Travis and Ethan to take care of you and remind you what service should be like when you go to a retail store. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Having previously gone to two other local shops, and then coming here after the hours/days open were expanded, there is absolutely no way I will EVER go anywhere else again! The best prices, the best customer service, unbelievably knowledgeable, and a great quality selection! What more is there to say?! I've been coming here forever, originally because they offer the best local selection of products, along with the best local prices. While that still holds true, these days I shop Midwest VW for the unmatched friendly, knowledgeable, and patient customer service. I believe in loyalty and will always shop here and enjoy it!! That said, last night I had a disposable vape with a faulty coil go out on me and went in there today kinda grumpy. Travis, cool dude that he is, replaced it, but I still wasn't clear-headed until I got vaped up again, so now that I see the error of my ways I would like to apologize to Travis; I have respect and love for you, and I never meant to be rude 😞 I'm sorry!! Thank you again for your awesome handling of the situation on all levels!

Travis and the crew is incredibly helpful! went in there not knowing anything about what i was doing and he explained everything to me and explained all the differences between the types of nicotine. Coming from trying to quit smoking cigarettes, he helped me pick the best solution for me and told me how i would feel switching over and how to keep with it... so far, still 3 months strong as of this review and not one cigarette, and i don't ever see me going back! its absolutely great that we have a place like this in our area with very friendly and helpful people in it. great job guys!
