I went in on New years eve and was supposed to get 25% off the flower I was purchasing. The cashier gave me the wrong bud when I asked for the Kush and forgot the 25% off. Check your bud and receipt before you leave! I attempted to contact the manager but wan unable to get to them to discuss the issue. Poor customer service.

ABSOLUTELY BEST DISPENSARY in Northern Nevada!! Curbside menu, delivery or going into store to get what you need. Curbside - everyone in the car needs to be at least 18. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous! Warm inviting store. Easy to follow instructions. 2 atm's available. Cash only. Great selection, great deals available, points system that helps put here and there to take money off your order.

They do not alllow medical patients to go frist in line. Im there for my medical cannabis. But have to wait in line for the none medical can go frist. So to me rise dose not see the importants for a medical patients to go befor recreational. I have a very big problem with this. I do know serria wells repect medical and battle born. And the female from 4th of july with flag dress on never want to do her job many times she has told i have to look through all of this. If she dont want to do her job than she should find a new one. Everone else working there amazing. These are my two reasons for one star.

Normally I have a great experience here and never have any problems. except this time. I placed an order at 245pm and recieved the first text that the order was being verified. But at 6pm I still hadnt heard anythiing, then at 615 still nothing. I called several times and no resposne. I ended up cancelling the order since the website says they close at 6. I am sure it was busy but more communication would have been appreciated.

First day I got a number and they called it and the guy was pretty attentive and friendly.
Second day they called my phone number out loud which I'd rather they didnt share. The attendant wasn't paying attention to me as as lady was whispering to him while I was placing my order.
Unprofessional and unfriendly dont go well together. With only two options around that doesnt go together well
