I usually love this place but tonight was so not cool. First we order q discount they have they take my money then came back saying o we don't have it. I would think that you'd offer something else since you already took my money. Then we order 9 joints and somehow the guy gaves us 8 on the order. The sad part is the store was empty besides us and the budtender that took our order wasn't friendly at all. I'll be watching from now on since I'm in every week and this service tonight makes me wanna goto ely.

Placed an online order at 4:45p.m. got an e-mail confirmation. Waited for a text message to inform of order processing.....an hour later nothing. Drove to store only to find them closed. I am done with this place. Last order was the driest fastest burning flower I've ever had. Not the quality I paid for!! DONE

Been shut down for a couple of days, no idea why. Bud is okay, prices high because of blah blah. Service is okay, "Best in Elko" is really more like they're the only one in Elko. The lack of caring about their customers gets me annoyed. But that's going to happen until there is competition. Seem to be bothered that they are busy. It's an okay place and the only one in the million square mile county. Hopefully this place gets better as the town grows. I'm sure the owners/workers work hard and care about this place. But at times the service is lacking. Happy budtenders who care about service would help the high price.
