I am just beyond disappointed in this place. I changed my 5 stars to a 1 star. I put in an order online for delivery and on the website it said same day or next day delivery. Then I got a text saying it could be 48 hours. So I tried to call to see what info was correct. I couldn’t get through and I believe they just are not answering the phone. So I checked to see how my order this morning and they canceled it due to being out of stock. The same product was still in the menu though. Also I didn’t even get a text telling me they canceled. I will never come back again.

Absolutely my place to go love it! Definitely some of the best prices, super friendly staff, point system where you can get free stuff including free premium pre rolls.. a super fast and cool pick up window if you're in a hurry and just an exceptional variety on the menu daily.

Taking temperatures and providing masks for the clients/patients to come in so gently and with compassion. They greet you kindly with water and provide you with things you can't even sometimes get at the store. They kept to their deals where many places haven't probably been able to which allows the patient to get their medicine at an affordable price they show you why they were our first top medical dispensary as they lead by example for the city and the medical marijuana community. They understand terpenes and their product on a medicinal level and are very familiar with how this helps illnesses. Great job on reopening as safe as possible! The customer service to the product to the safety to the quality in how they run their business to how they treat the people to the quality and options for different ranges of discount if needed. Amazingly positive experience every time you walk in, no matter what time of day you walk in. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and accomodating to any question thought or concern you may have. And prices are definitely on the more affordable side when it comes to dispensaries.
Ashley was spectacular, and definitely made my experience at Euphoria a more cheerful and pleasant one.

Their pickup service is the best. Customer service is always on point and I'm always in and out within no time. Oh and if you're just going in to pick up and there is a long wait then dont expect to be bored. The security guards are great and the staff is outgoing and social.

Great customer service. Great deals on different items. Great selections of different products. Sidney and Jeremy were very knowledgeable on their products They were selling. I tried to tip the budtender and I was told they cannot except tips. I believe tipping is really for the customers to show appreciation personally. Not for extra money for employees to work for, but for being knowledgeable employees and caring about their jobs. Its our way as customers, of thanking the budtenders for assisting and a job we'll done. Its a personal survey at hand.

I love Euphoria Wellness definitely a good go to for all your goodie needs. But I am a little disappointed in how they are handling their customers right now with this whole delivery only option right now. I 100% understand there is a high volume of us putting in orders I am definitely patient but I can’t speak to anyone to find out when the delivery drivers would actually be on their way to your house, what if it’s the one time of day I’m out of the house.. or if they even except tips so I have the right amount of cash. I have questions and have no one to answer them, ugh this is frustrating.
