Have been to this shop several times, usually late in the evening and seem to always be a diffetent employee with no enthusiasm that made you feel like u were disrupting them. In the last month I have been here twice & was helped by Tennessee. I was blown away by her energy, her knowledge, her care in making sure my items were well wrapped, she was funny and just generally made u feel welcome and that she was glad you came in. I will definitely be back. Great customer service!

Horrible customer service and straight up rude... the woman behind the counter at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday would not stop talking on the phone to her boyfriend to help me. #1 she charged me the wrong price and seemed irritated that I was questioning the price #2 she short changed me 10 cents and rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to pay me correctly #3 when leaving I said thank you and she refused to thank me for buying from her. She was rude and disrespectful. In a land where there is a smoke shop on each corner you would think they would have some sort of customer service. If I could give less than 1 star I would. PLEASE DO NOT SUBJECT YOURSELF TO THIS HORRIBLE BUSINESS.... TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

This shop is clean and fully stocked. I went in and Tennessee helped explain everything about CBD products to me. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with the right CBD rub and honey drops. I shared the products with my Dad, whom has a hip injury and he was impressed that it worked. I called to tell her Thank you! And that several members of family would be coming in for her assistance very soon.

I chose this shop (even though it was far from my house) specifically because of Tennessee’s reviews & her knowledge on Kratom. I’ve never taken Kratom before, but have been suffering chronic back pain for 8+ years. Tennessee was fantastic! I came in for some kratom for my head aches and she recommended a Red Vein that is amazing! She talked me through all the different strains, colors and what effects they have. She was happy, energetic, and you can tell she knows her products! I’ve bought online before and have tried many strains from many companies. I have also researched them myself and I can tell you her information was spot on! If I could rate higher I would! This is the only place I will ever buy from now haha!
