I drive way out of my way just to come to this smoke shop. They have great prices on their kratom and great knowledge as to what sort of mood enhancement you are looking for. Cheryl helped me choose the right one fit for my need and she also gave me a great price. Purchased a HongJing lighter, jumped in my truck and realized it wasn’t adjusting properly. I immediately walked back into the store and was rudely accused of damaging the product and refused an exchange. He spoke down to me stating he wasn’t my keeper and didn’t know what I did to it while I was in my truck. I understand their policy about no refunds or exchanges, if my lighter had been tested and adjusted in front of me by the salesman. It wasn’t, and I will never shop here again.
