overcharges for items that are already priced. An item priced at .59 cents he up charged 300%! Pictures posted. Tries to get over on out of towners since it’s on the strip they’ll get over if you don’t pay attention which they’re hoping you don’t. Then illegally adds a tax to visa debit card purchases. Willfully participating in fraud when confronted about it
