I love deep roots! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love Michael and Kristine especially but everyone is so nice! They also have fun specials from time to time and their prices are competitive. And only shop in mesquite so you can’t beat that!

Excellent place! Everyone was super helpful. Cassie greeted us when we came in and made sure we didnt get knocked down by the door. Mike helped me pick the best products for my needs, and Dinah was our super friendly cashier.

Bud tender (older woman) was not informative nor friendly. I had several flower jars weigh in @ 3.3g-3.4g and very very dry. The price does not line up with the quality NOR quantity. But there is no other competition so corporate will do what corporate does. And wasteful! So many dang jars. Hope they don’t use pesticides or I’d really feel like I got F’d with no lube

This was our first time here and we were thoroughly impressed. From the moment you walk in the door they are friendly and very helpful.. Kristine greeted us with a smile and Michael S our budtender was very helpful and guided us to what will be the best time we have had thus far! You guys are AMAZING! We will absolutely come back anytime we are in town!

I was specifically warned not to go here- obviously by a crazy person. This place is amazing!! The administrative asst Kristine is kind and professional, and keeps the customer flow going. My tenders Shannon and Dinah are knowledgeable and caring; they do the best thing for the patient, and not just sell, sell, push product. Their advice has worked well, and the recreational patients look like they're pretty happy...
I'd give it 10 stars if I could ;)

Front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing! So kind and considerate! Frankie was so helpful. He had tons of knowledge about all their products! From the moment I walked in, it was nothing but a pleasant experience. Highly recommend Deep Roots Harvest!
Oh and also, they have super cute clothing!

After having visiting both the Mesquite, and Wendover locations I will say I enjoyed the Mesquite location much more! It was my girlfriends first time in a dispensary and after checking in, we met a very kind bud tender names Lance. He educated us on the Terp profiles and updated us on how the market has changed. Being avid smokers already, he was able to educate us and help us find the best product for our needs! Once we had our menu options chosen, the storefront was very nice and hands on. Loved all the displays and education tools! The wax consistency chart was nice to see. We chose 4 different types of flower. One from Deep roots, 2 from GFive cultivation, and one from Fluer. Out of the 4, the Deep Roots was the driest and most harsh. Considering they grow on site and have access to their own facilities, I was expecting the quality to be better. Somewhat disappointed, however the product we received from the other 2 growers were phenomenal.
I had also accumulated 300 points from our previous visit to Wendover, and being a loyalty member I was able to pick out a free pipe. Which was very nice to add to the experience. Overall it was a great time as always. Customer service, product, and results were awesome.
In the future we will avoid Deep Roots strains, being they were so dry and harsh. I had a similar experience at the Wendover location, and the product I received from the other growers were superior. If you are in the area, definitely worth a stop.
