Pricing is fair, I was just kind of shocked by the staff. I'm trans, my picture is visible in my pfp and I'd like to think it's pretty obvious I'm trying to present as a girl but my voice isn't perfect. The woman at the counter as soon as I'm done with my order and get the receipt says "have a good day sir" and sneers. Kinda blindsided me considering 1. This is Nevada and 2. It's in a dispensary of all places which one would think would be a place where people treat each other well. I'm not gonna come back. If you are straight and cis and you want good priced, good weed go for it. If you are trans it ain't worth it

Good quality kinda limited selection and pricey compared to other dispensaries ive frequented....i like how they have a structured flow of their traffic...safe place and cops not all over the area like you would imagine...definatley going back when Im out there again

Deep Roots has everything and anything you need! The staff are insanely friendly and helpful. They always have great deals and a reasonable price for premium products! 5/5 place and highly recommend stopping in

Drove all the way out here and they are turning people away constantly including me because you have to have the new star card ID. Complete nonsense and your wasting so many peoples time while also losing money. I’m sure it’s the governments fault but your making a lot of people angry.

I struggle with this place... The location is easy to enter and exit, and showroom looks great. I have never had an issue with the bud tenders, but be aware it can become very busy in here! It is the first dispensary in Nevada when coming from the Utah direction, so it gets A LOT of out-of-state traffic. Unfortunately for the customers, the company takes full advantage of this as reflected in their prices.
It is the most expensive dispensary I have visited in Nevada, Colorado, or California.
I highly recommend waiting the hour or so until you get to Vegas itself to purchase if you are going there.
However, if you don't plan on going all the way to Vegas this is a very convenient place to go. Just be aware you are paying for that convenience!

Second visit is better than the first. Great service tho prices have gotten higher ;)

When you are the only choice in two border towns, i guess people love you. They have to, don't they? If I had a choice, I would NOT choose to give DRH my business. They are in it for the money. Not the people. They had one budtender and 12 cashiers. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES! They will definitely collect your money. Don't expect to learn anything, or have a pleasant shopping experience.

Your traffic pattern inside the store does not lead you to the line. Instead it leads you straight ahead. You must make a 90*turn left and stand in a line. Why not just go straight ahead and wait in line rather than make it confusing. Someone didn’t think this one through very well! Then I had some difficulty with one of your female employees who copped an attitude with me about the line. Her customer service skills were simply non-existent! She rudely told me to go stand in the back of the line even though no one was in the store except at the counter when I walked in. Instead of smiling, being courteous and polite she was very rude. I don’t appreciate being treated that way and neither would you. This employee needs to LEARN how to treat a customer!
In addition I had called and was told the product I wanted was in stock only to find that it was all gone. This was in the early morning when I called.
My experience with the Dispensary today was most disappointing!

Always love my time when spent in the store. I end up learning a lot... As well as spending a whole bunch, as well. But that is sort of the point. Got/need to stock up while I actually still can... Always!
